We arrange accommodation, secretarial and other incidental assistance at overseas hiring locations for client interviews/trade tests. In the case of overseas bulk recruitments, we make the necessary arrangements and bear all expenses incurred for your delegates to visit the country.
Qualifications, experience, skill level test, sense of responsibility and personality are factors we take into account while short-listing candidates. A mandatory medical check-up at their country of origin for selected candidates ensures that they don’t fail the medical test upon arrival at UAE. We take on the expenses of replacing under-performers sourced through us.
