In a smooth tie-up with a facilities management company, we take on the responsibility for payment of all gratuity, leave entitlement, flights and workers’ compensation insurance claims payable during the employment period for your staff. These costs are later invoiced to you, the client.
You need only to provide us with complete records of the employees’ attendance and other HR and employee-account related issues. In addition, depending on the terms of the agreement, charges for services rendered by the employees are payable to the facilities management company directly.
The facilities management company also ensures that the employees are covered under the Workmen’s Compensation Insurance policy. The client will, however, be responsible for all third party liabilities.
